By accessing, registering an account on or using any part of the pak96 platform — including the website, game lobby, sports betting section, live casino or any associated service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and pak96 regarding your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform. pak96 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are credited to your pak96 PKR balance. There is no currency conversion applied on your end.

• Deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted

• If a deposit does not appear in your balance after the expected processing time, contact support with your transaction reference

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure that protects your funds. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets that have been previously verified are generally processed within the stated processing window.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, pak96 requires identity verification — typically a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) and confirmation that the payment account is in your name. This is a one-time requirement. Subsequent withdrawals after successful verification are processed more quickly.

• Withdrawal requests submitted within business hours are prioritised for same-session processing
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page
• pak96 does not charge a withdrawal fee — you receive the full PKR amount requested
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6
• pak96 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing larger withdrawals

From time to time pak96 offers bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions and other incentives to players. Each promotion has its own specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and take precedence over general bonus guidance.

General bonus rules that apply across all pak96 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household and device
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, self-exclusion and re-registration or collusion is a breach of these terms

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that results in an unclear outcome, pak96 will investigate the incident and apply a fair resolution which may include voiding the relevant round and returning the stake.

Sports betting at pak96 is available on cricket, PSL, football, esports and other markets. All bets are placed and settled in PKR. Pre-match bets are accepted up to the time the event begins. Live in-play bets are accepted while the relevant market is open during an event.

Settlement rules for sporting events:

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority
• Cricket matches affected by weather are settled on official DLS results where applicable; voided matches result in stake return
• If an event is abandoned without an official result being declared, bets are voided and stakes returned
• Obvious pricing errors on any market may be corrected and affected bets voided at pak96's discretion
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win; a voided leg reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs

pak96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering or any behaviour that compromises the integrity of the platform or other players' experience.

In cases of confirmed fraud or deliberate exploitation, funds associated with such activity may be withheld or forfeited. pak96 will not be held liable for any losses arising from account suspension where the suspension results from a breach of these terms by the account holder.

Players who wish to close their own account for any reason, including for responsible gaming purposes, may do so by contacting support. Accounts closed at a player's request will have any eligible real-money balance processed for withdrawal through the normal verification and payment process.
